Nice to meet you!

I’m Catherine Klene, a longtime communications professional and owner of Klene Communications in St. Louis.

(It’s pronounced KLAY-nee, if you were wondering.)

So many small and medium-sized nonprofits transform lives and uplift their communities, yet we seldom hear about their work.

That’s why I started Klene Communications – to help mission-driven organizations more effectively tell their stories in a sustainable way.

Storytelling has always been the heart of my work. I’m a former journalist with nearly two decades of experience interviewing and crafting compelling narratives that spotlight nonprofits and small businesses.

As a nonprofit communications professional, I build those stories into a communications plan that invites supporters to connect with your organization and be part of something bigger.

Together, we create a plan that’s sustainable; it fits your team’s size and capacity. We also create something integrated into all facets of your organization, ensuring consistent messaging across development, programs, and marketing.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your communications strategy, I’d love to help.

Email me at catherine@klenecomms.com with any questions or to set up a free consultation. I hope to hear from you soon!
